The apartment was clean and had location near Venice as well as the San Marco plaza and transportation networks. It was unbeatable and good in the boats etc. 1 mile to Jimmy John's. We loved best and nice staff and host...

The Italian breakfast at this homestay is absolutely delightful! The flavors and aromas transport you to the heart of Italy with every bite. It's like having a breakfast fit for royalty, but without the need for a gold-plated crown.
No privacy.

Magnificent location not far from the boats, major attractions and advice in the boats, everything nice. Location very close to main atractions in Venice. Had a nice coffee at Bar Arsenale, located 5 minutes walk away.

During my recent transit in Venice, I had the opportunity to stay at Renato House. It was a convenient choice for me as it is located only 3 km away from Venezia Santa Lucia, the nearest train station to the hotel. the distance to Marco Polo, which is 25 km, made it a great option for easy access to the airport.
While it provided a cozy and homely feel, the small size could feel somewhat overwhelming, especially if you are used to more spacious accommodations.

We got great value for our money at Renato House. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main sights. The staff, especially Renato, treated us like family and gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the city.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better is if there were more savory options available.

The room at Renato House was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a backpacker like me. The balcony provided a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful views of Venice. The kitchenware was a nice touch, allowing me to prepare simple meals during my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the kitchenware provided. But hey, it's just my opinion and I'm sure others might still find it useful.

I loved waking up to the sound of planes at 5 am from Venice Marco Polo Airport and feasting on a delicious Italian breakfast. Exploring the city with Basilica San Marco just 1 km away was a hilarious adventure.
Because who needs sleep or quiet mornings in Venice?
